The role of the Associate Director Property, Operations & Maintenance is to support the Director in strategic facilities planning and operational management.
Responsibilities include:

  • Facilities Assistance Centre - building, equipment and grounds maintenance,
  • Energy and water management,
  • Environmental planning and management,
  • Contract management including Corporate Contracts
  • Consultant management
  • Legislative compliance,
  • Security
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures
