CQUniversity is subject to various legislation that determines how long we need to retain our information. Queensland State Archives develop and approve disposal schedules to provide guidance on the minimum retention required for information of varying importance.
The General Retention and Disposal Schedule (GRDS) relates specifically to administrative records and information that all organisations create. For example; Finance, Human Resource, Information Technology, Facilities Management records etc.
