Payment Options

Fees may be paid in a single payment or by instalments, as discussed in the Fees section.

There are a number of suggested ways to pay fees:

Credit cards — accommodation fees can be paid with MasterCard and Visa.
EFTPOS — available at the front desk however no cash out facility is available.
Cheque/Cash.
Payment by Direct Deposit is also available. Please contact the Student Residence Office for further details.

In order to keep our fees as low as possible it is important that all fees are paid by the due date.

( All fees quoted include GST where applicable ).

For new residents:

Application Fee (non-refundable) $50

Accommodation Facility Levy (Non Refundable)

$200 per term - payable with first installment each term

Residency Fees

$8990.00 ($290.00 per week)

To enable Residents to take up residence, installments as follows must be paid on or before the due dates. Payments received after due date will incur a late fee.

RESIDENT’S RESIDENCY FEE OUTSIDE ABOVE TERM DATES: $45 per day

NOTES: A debt to Rockhampton Student Residence is a debt to the CQUniversity. Until such debts are settled exam results and entitlements to re-enrol may be withheld.

Late Payment Fee: Unless prior arrangements have been authorised by the Manager of Rockhampton Student Residence, a Late Payment Fee of $20 will be charged to the Resident's account from the day after the instalment due date, for each week (or part thereof) where fees are outstanding.

Alternative payment method if less than minimum payments shown above may be available on application in writing.
