The Residential Life Team is responsible for in-house pastoral care and after-hours support of Capricornia College as well as the promotion of community life through the organisation of recreational, academic and community activities. Residential Advisors live on-campus among the students and are easily contactable to offer support and pastoral care, contributing to the development of a supportive, caring and quality academic residential community.

We are looking for enthusiastic people with leadership skills and the ability to make a difference in a positive way to College life.

Remuneration is by way of upgraded accommodation, reduced fees and additional benefits.
