Equity Technology Award

The Equity Technology Award (ETA) will provide successful applicants with a voucher for redemption of a laptop computer from CQUniversity Bookshop Rockhampton. The Laptop Computer pack includes freight and three year warranty to cover the student for the length of an accredited CQUniversity program.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the award students will need to:

  • be an Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Resident or Humanitarian Visa
  • be a Commonwealth supported student in an undergraduate program at CQUniversity
  • be in receipt of a Centrelink benefit or can demonstrate low personal/family income
  • have at least one year academic study load remaining and
  • have difficulty in accessing and/or affording a computer in order to undertake their program of study
