All mentor teachers and pre-service teachers will be provided with a hard copy of the appropriate guidlines and reporting booklet, however the assessment and reporting forms can be completed electronically. Please choose the relevant program and Embedded Professional Learning Experience. A copy of all documents should be held by the school and the original forwarded to the CQUniversity Placement Administration Officer, Faculty of Arts, Business, Informatics and Education at the relevant campus. When the documentation has been signed by the local CQUniversity campus teaching school coordinator, a copy will be given to the BLM/GDLT student as appropriate.
