The information listed below is for students interested in receiving learning advice.

Steps involved in receiving learning advice:
(The forms come in (2) formats, 'Print & Fill-Out' is a file that is printed out and filled in by hand;or 'Fill-Out & Print' (preferred choice) is a file that can be filled in electronically, then printed out.)

1. Students fill out a Tertiary Student Application Form. (here) 71 Kb (here) 141 Kb
2. The form is then sent to the »» Admin Officer (Special Projects) «« at Rockhampton or a Campus Coordinator at »» Bundaberg ««     
3. The Admin Officer (Special Projects) will notify the student by mail, phone or email that their application for learning advice has been granted.    
4. When receiving learning advice, students are required to counter-sign a Learning Advice Claim Form to signify they have received the learning advice session(s). (Students who miss three sessions without a valid excuse will be asked to show cause why learning advice should be continued) Provided by Learning Advisor.
5. Not more than 4 weeks after the end of term, Students need to complete a Student Feedback Survey. »» Survey Here ««
