Fiona Connolly

Prior to studying at CQU I worked in Government roles. I reached the highest level I could without having a degree, so commenced study to further my career options. I chose CQU for the online flexibility.

Since graduating from my Bachelor degree, I have continued to study and completed an Executive Masters of Business Administration. I moved from a regional Business Manager to a Commercial Manager, to now being a Senior Commercial Manager for a large essential services company. 

In my current role I manage all elements of pre-contract commercial activities, contract executions and implementation of commercial and partnership models. This includes reviewing head contracts, risk analysis, modelling, negotiation of Agreements and governance. 

My studies provided the business, legal, marketing, technical and communications basis for all my engagements with clients, vendors, internal and external stakeholders to be successful in my role.
