I grew up in Gladstone and always wanted to be a primary teacher. CQU Rockhampton was at the time the closest and most affordable campus.

My degree with CQU set me up for all future endeavours by creating self-awareness, self-confidence, persistence and a love of lifelong learning.

I am a supporter and member of Women in IT, Fostering Executive Women, Advisory Board Member for LiftHerUp and Committee Member for Digital Careers. She writes for Women's Agenda and speaks at the Executive Women's Symposium; Macquarie University; QUT; AIM; Females In Information Technology. I also chaired the 2014 Women in Leadership Summit & December 2015 Summit.
