Thesis Name

Holistic Leadership. A new business approach and the cultural impact of balanced management.

Thesis Abstract

It is known that leadership is the ability to motivate and inspire a group of people to move and operate to achieve a common goal. In the corporate environment, it means directing a team to achieve the target by utilising the company's strategies. However, not all managers are leaders. Seniority, hierarchical positioning or title does not mean leadership. A true leader influences and inspires followers and knows how to engage people with different skills. A real leader leads; does not impose! Considering this fact, my purpose is to develop a Holistic Leadership style that approaches the employee as an individual and not as a tool" that only brings results for the companies."

Why my research is important/Impacts

It is essential to awaken the businesses' conscience and bring it to a new level where happy, passionate, healthy and loyal employees will make a significant impact on the results and also in the world. The purpose of this research is to identify the company's leadership tone and to develop the thesis from the perception acquired, improving and implementing a transformative leadership style. Best practices will be implemented, followed by mapping the evolution and the results of the leaders, areas and teams involved in the study, determining the positive impacts that the new leadership style brought to them.
