Professional Experience Grants

Professional in-school teaching experience is a critical component of every teacher’s preparation, especially near the completion of a teaching degree. We know that this commitment often requires preservice teachers to juggle their personal, employment and study commitments so they can give their full attention to their teaching placement.   If you are currently studying an Initial Teacher Education (ITE) program, such as a Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching and want to complete one or more of your professional experience placements in a Queensland state school, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help you complete your placement.
