Madison Rhule

My name is Madison Rhule and I am a Bachelor of Medical Sonography/Graduate Diploma of Medical Sonography student at the Brisbane campus.

I hope to further my skill set by studying a Master of Medical Ultrasound, with my ultimate career goal to one-day become and advanced obstetric sonographer in a community/ hospital setting.

As a high school graduate, receiving the CQUniCares Student Success Scholarship – School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences has greatly helped to alleviate the pressure of working during university semesters, allowing me to financially support myself and stay focused on completing my units. Furthermore, after losing my father to brain cancer, this scholarship has given me the motivation and drive to continue my studies whilst giving me the opportunity to focus on my mental health during these difficult times.

I am beyond grateful for the generosity of the donors of my scholarship - they will never know the positive impact it has had on my studies so far this semester and the hope it has given me to never give up!
