These disciplines provide core knowledge for professionals focused on creating and managing sustainable enterprises. The School of Business and Law is a registered subscriber to PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education). You may study courses in accounting, business, financial planning, and property. All courses provide an opportunity for industry experience through our work integrated learning options.
Our accounting courses are designed to meet Australian professional body accreditation requirements with CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants – Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), and the Institute of Public Accountants.
If you are pursuing a career as a professional accountant, you may study our industry-relevant Bachelor of Accounting. Those holding a bachelor degree in another discipline may add accounting to their qualifications with a Master of Professional Accounting or Master of Professional Accounting Accelerated. These are much shorter in duration than studying another bachelor degree.

You should take advantage of our work integrated learning options in our courses. In the bachelor degrees, you complete a Professional Practice and Experience unit where you choose whether to take an industry placement, complete a global experience tour or complete an industry project. Industry placements are ideal for building confidence and experience in a real-world setting. Students who are employed may be able to perform an industry project with their employer. Our postgraduate courses also provide opportunities for business internships and applied projects.
