Asmika Shrestha

Working as a sales officer at the Crowne Plaza Nepal sparked Asmika’s interest in exploring the world. Building on her bachelor degree in Hotel Management, she decided to complete postgraduate studies in a complementary field to develop her career opportunities.

After graduation, Asmika began work as a guest services associate at Quest Serviced Apartments in Hobart. She progressed to a hotel supervisor position in early 2019 and was promoted to a hotel assistant manager role seven months later.

Asmika works with third parties and other corporate organisations to ensure smooth collaboration. She looks after the orders and supplies for the hotel based on demand for the business. Asmika is also responsible for planning, budgeting, reviewing, and training staff.

Asmika is making the best of her degree to lead her team with greater knowledge in management and accounting.
