Jignesh Patel

Jignesh has been interested in computers and software since his school days. He completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications in India, and then decided to further his studies in Australia.

Studying a Master of Information Technology with CQUniversity helped him not only to get a job in the industry but also to gain a better understanding of IT subjects. His assignments and last semester’s project work gave him a basic understanding of how IT companies deliver their work and how he can apply his learnings to real-world projects.

Jignesh currently works as a quality assurance analyst, which involves understanding business requirements and testing applications with positive and negative test cases to make the products defect-free. He works with applications such as Selenium to automate test cases and Jmeter for performance testing.
