Sheila is an influential leader in global organisations, championing change, innovation and technology to deliver impressive solutions.

She has over 30 years of experience operating at executive and board level in organisations including Norton Rose Fulbright, BP, Royal Mail, IBM, and Deutsche Bank.

Sheila specialises in delivering transformational change through the application of innovative technology solutions. She has managed international teams, delivered numerous complex change programmes, and integrated diverse technology platforms in support of mergers and acquisitions.

Named one of the global top 25 leading women in Chief Information Officer roles by Silicon Republic in 2017, Sheila is experienced, capable and highly skilled at enacting modernisation and change in IT architecture. In 2021, Sheila was awarded the Outstanding Alumnus of the Year.

Sheila has a Master of Information Systems from CQUni and a Doctor of Business Administration from RMIT. Her doctoral thesis explored the impact of Innovation, Workforce Diversity, and Globalisation on IT management and practice.

Sheila volunteers her time as a non-executive director on the board of Companies House and is currently on the board of the London Ambulance Service.
