Orientation at CQUniversity is designed to fit you. We provide a recommended Orientation experience, based on your student group, study plans and preferences!
There is a mix of online and on-campus experiences throughout Orientation Week, allowing all students to have the same experience and gain the same knowledge, no matter their location. Online webinars and workshops, and on-campus events are scheduled at convenient times to help you get the most out of Orientation Week.
Take this opportunity to learn about managing your enrolment, student fees, class timetables, Library research and more.
Join a guided tour of MyCQU with helpful insights into how to study online. Build on this by joining a Skills for Success workshop about topics like academic writing or time management.
Meet and connect with your peers, mentors, and academics, and discover the varety of support services available to assist you in reaching your goals.
Orientation is the best way to start your studies feeling confident and connected.
Your recommended Orientation experience
The next Orientation Week will be held from 1 – 5 July 2024.
To find out your recommended Orientation experience, complete the Start CQU Questionnaire. You can resubmit this form at any time before Orientation Week if your plans change.
Once you've completed the Start CQU Questionnaire, you can view your recommended Orientation experience.
